These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, registration pages, webinars, and related communications (the "Services") provided by Progressive Wealth Creation LLC, operating as Progressive Wealth Creation ("Company," "we," "us"). The Services provide free educational training and information about a financial-services business opportunity, and the ability to request a no-obligation call. The training is educational in nature. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not an offer of employment.

4. Communications consent

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and SMS/text about the training and the opportunity, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

All content in the Services — including videos, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to copy, record, download, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt them, or by using them for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party links & platforms

The Services may link to or run on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta/Facebook or any other platform.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid us nothing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here with a new effective date.
