The Global Blueprint and the Global Business Analysis Session

This notice explains what Progressive Wealth Creation LLC ("we", "us") collects when you buy The Global Blueprint or the Global Business Analysis Session through our pages, why we collect it, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are responsible for your information. Our details are at the end of this page.

1. What we collect

When you check out

• Your first name, last name and email address. Your download links and purchase emails go to this email.
• Payment. Your card details are entered on the secure payment form and go to Stripe, which processes the payment. We never see or store your card number. We receive confirmation of the payment: the product, the amount, the date and whether it went through.

If you buy the Business Analysis Session

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number, and the country you live in.
• Your answers about your business: which situation describes you, what the business does (or will do), the biggest problem right now and what you want from the session.
• Your monthly revenue band, only if you choose to give it. "Prefer not to say" is always an option.
• The time you book.
• The recording and transcript of your session, unless you ask us not to record it.
• Anything you send us in writing during your thirty days of follow-up.

In your own browser

To save you typing the same details twice, your name and email are saved in your own browser (its "local storage") so the next step can fill them in for you. This stays on your device, is not a cookie and is not sent to us by itself. It is deleted 7 days after you enter it (the next time you open one of these pages), and you can clear it sooner by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Your browser may also keep a small marker showing that a purchase has already been confirmed from it, so that it is not recorded twice. This marker is a short code, not your email address, and stays until you clear this site's data.

Basic page events

Our pages record simple events, such as a page being viewed, checkout being started or a file being downloaded, together with the page name, the campaign tag in the link you followed, if there was one, and the options you tap in the "find your row" tool on the sales page. These events do not include your name, email or any other personal details.

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.

2. Cookies, pixels and analytics

The Global Blueprint pages do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags. There is no Meta (Facebook) pixel and no Google Analytics or Google tag on them, and our own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The payment form and the booking calendar are run by our checkout and calendar provider and by Stripe, and they may set the cookies they need to work securely, for example to prevent fraud. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface, receive your IP address and basic browser details when your browser requests them.

3. How we use it

• To deliver what you bought: the download page, the emailed download links and your booking.
• To run your session: preparing for it, holding it, writing your Business Analysis and answering your follow-up.
• To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
• To send your purchase emails: download links, booking confirmations and reminders, and your written analysis.
• To keep the records the law requires for sales.

We use your information because we need it to provide what you bought, because the law requires us to keep sales records, and, for the recording, because you have agreed to it and can withdraw that agreement at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. How we contact you

We contact buyers of these products by email only. We do not send text messages to this audience, and we do not send marketing to your WhatsApp number. If you are a session buyer, we use the WhatsApp number you give us only to reach you about your session if email fails; it is kept with your session answers, not used for anything else.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers. Each one handles your information to provide its service to us:

• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel): our customer records, email, payment form and booking calendar.
• Stripe: card payments.
• Zoom: the video session, its recording and transcript.
• Cloudflare: hosting these pages and passing your checkout and session details to our customer records.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

6. International transfer

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. Data-protection law there may differ from the law in the country where you live. By buying from us you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and we protect it as this notice describes.

7. How long we keep it

• Purchase records (your name, email, what you bought and the payment record): for as long as the law requires us to keep sales and tax records.
• Session recordings and transcripts: 12 months after the session, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Session answers and follow-up messages: for as long as we need them to deliver your session and follow-up, and after that only as part of your purchase record, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Details saved in your browser: your name and email are deleted 7 days after you enter them (the next time you open one of these pages); the purchase marker stays until you clear this site's data.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• withdraw your consent, for example to your session being recorded.

Email info@pwcreation.com, ideally from the address you used when you bought, so we can confirm it is you. We aim to reply within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep part of a record, such as a payment record, we will tell you what we have kept and why. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live.

10. Children

These products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
