The Global Blueprint and the Global Business Analysis Session

Effective date: September 23, 2026

These terms apply when you buy The Global Blueprint or the Global Business Analysis Session from us. By completing checkout you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and our Privacy notice. If anything on a sales page seems to say something different, these terms apply.

1. Who sells these products

The Global Blueprint and the Global Business Analysis Session are sold by Progressive Wealth Creation LLC, 9500 Medical Center Drive, Suite 230-J, Largo, Maryland, United States. You can reach us at info@pwcreation.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Progressive Wealth Creation LLC, and "you" means the person who buys.

2. Who can buy

These products are for people who live outside the United States and Canada, are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding agreement where they live. Please do not buy them if you live in the United States or Canada. If we find that an order was placed by someone living there, we may cancel it and refund the payment.

The products are general business education and business analysis. They are not an offer of, or a way into, any business in the United States, and buying them does not create any employment, partnership, agency or other business relationship between you and us beyond the purchase itself.

3. The Global Blueprint

• Price. USD 19, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• What you get. A written guide, The Global Blueprint, plus three bonus PDFs: the 30-Day Start Tracker, the Starter Templates and the Prompt Library.
• Delivery. After checkout you are shown one optional offer, which you can skip. The next page is your download page, where all four files are available at once. We also email the download links to the address you gave at checkout. Please save your copies; if you lose them, email us and we will help.
• Your licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download the files, print them and use them for yourself, including applying them in your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or upload the files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own work.

4. Global Business Analysis Session

• Price. USD 199, paid once.
• The session. A 45-minute one-to-one video session with Dr Bunmi Samuel on Zoom. Before the session you answer a short set of questions about your business so the time is spent on your situation.
• Booking. You choose a time in our online calendar. Please book within 30 days of purchase. Times are shown in your own timezone, and your confirmation and Zoom link arrive by email. If no time in the calendar suits you, email us within those 30 days and we will try to find one.
• Recording. The session is recorded and transcribed so that you can refer back to it and so that your written analysis is accurate. If you would rather it was not recorded, tell us by email before the session or at the start of the call, and we will not record it.
• Your written Business Analysis. We send it to you by email within five working days after the session, with your first-offer one-pager and price sheet filled in for your business.
• Follow-up. For thirty days after the session you can send us questions or updates in writing, for up to three rounds. A round is one message from you and our written reply.
• Rescheduling. You can move your session if you give us at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.
• Missed sessions. If you miss your session, we will offer you one new time. If that time is also missed without notice, the session counts as held.
• Not booked yet. If you have not booked within 30 days of purchase, we will email you to arrange a time. If we have not heard from you 30 days after that email, you can still ask for a refund instead of a session.
• If we have to cancel. We will offer you a new time. If we cannot offer one within 14 days, we will refund you in full.

5. What the session is and is not

It is business analysis and mentorship on your own business: what you sell, who you sell it to, how you price it and what to do first.

It is not personal financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not an offer of any financial product. Nothing in the session, the written analysis or the follow-up is a promise of income or of any result. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them. For advice on your personal finances, taxes or legal position, please speak to a qualified professional where you live.

6. Results and earnings

No income or result is promised or implied by The Global Blueprint, the session, or anything we say or write.

Any examples in the guide or the session are there to explain a step, not to predict what you will earn. What happens after you buy depends on you: your decisions, your effort and skills, the market where you live and circumstances that neither of us controls. You may earn little or nothing from what you learn. Please do not spend money you cannot afford to lose on the strength of anything in these products.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe through our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card number. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion or foreign-transaction fee. The exchange rate and any such fee are set by your bank, not by us, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the US dollar price.

8. Refunds

• The Global Blueprint: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email info@pwcreation.com within 30 days of purchase, from the address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full price to your original payment method.
• Global Business Analysis Session: full refund if you cancel at any time before your session. Once the session has been held, the fee is final.

9. Intellectual property

The guide, the bonus PDFs, the templates, the prompts and all other materials we provide belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying them gives you the personal licence described in section 3 and does not transfer ownership.

Your written Business Analysis is prepared for you. You may use it in your own business and share it with people who help you run that business, such as a partner or an accountant, but you may not publish or resell it. What you tell us about your business remains yours; we use it only as described in our Privacy notice.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to make the guide and the session accurate and useful, but we cannot promise that they are free of errors or right for your particular circumstances, and they are provided on that basis.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a product or service you bought from us is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland, unless the consumer laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before starting any claim, please email us so we can try to put things right.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new effective date at the top of this page. The version shown here when you bought applies to that purchase.
